Audition for New Channel 4 documentary looking for wealthy 10-18 year olds
We are developing a documentary for a major broadcaster about what it’s like to be young and rich in 21st Century Britain.
Are you, or are your parents comfortably well off? We want to hear from you. There’s been a lot of documentaries about living with next to no money, now we want to hear from the other side of the great social divide.
It must appear the easiest thing in the world to have money and options at a young age – but what are the pressures that people don’t appreciate? How are you seen by your peers, parents and the world at large?
In this documentary we want to find out what it’s really like for wealthy kids and teens. Ideally you should be under 18 but if you’re under 16, you must have your parent or guardian’s consent to talk to us.
We want to speak to you if you are interested in telling your story -- all the pressures, privileges and parties. Or perhaps you simply have something you want to shout about – we’d love to talk to people who are planning lavish birthday celebrations or have got a special shopping trip lined up.
All information given will be treated in the strictest confidence.
