Last Minute Call For High School Musical Open Auditions
Open auditions for dancers and main cast are being held for an upcoming production of High School Musical in Leicester. Cast includes Troy, Gabriella, Sharpay, Ryan, Chad, Zeke, Jason, Kelsi, Taylor, Martha, Ripper, Ms Darbus, Coach Bolton and Ms Montez.
This is a paid role which also includes all expenses, accomodation and food costs.
The production will be showing at a large theatre in Leicester City Centre, in November, over a two week period, and rehearsals will be for 6 weeks prior to this, starting the end of September.
If you do not live within a 10 mile radius, we will be paying for your accomodation for all rehearsals, Sunday to Friday for 6 weeks, and also the full 2 weeks of the show, So you would need to be available for the full 8 weeks and be prepared to be away from home, staying in lodgings with other dancers and cast members.
We need a number of young female and male dancers who need to be strong, experienced and confident.
For a cast role you need to be a strong singer, dancer and actor, with the confidence and abilty to play a main role for the 12 day run.
Auditions are being held on April 11th and 12th in Leicester, so you would need to be available to attend one of these dates. There will be no other audition dates.
