Training

Should I get some professional coaching?

If you're serious about getting on the ladder to success then it's well worth considering getting some training behind you.

Nobody really makes it to the top without some professional tuition somewhere along the way. The entrants in programmes such as X Factor and Fame Academy are all getting training 'on the job' - some of them may have had some training before they even auditioned for the programmes ... look at Will Young, winner of Pop Idol - he was at drama school when he first auditioned for the programme.

If you're serious about getting on the ladder to success then it's well worth considering getting some training behind you. This doesn't necessarily need to cost money - try checking out your local colleges and further education establishments to see if they run drama courses.
