AGE RESTRICTIONS
There are no age restrictions on who can register with StarsInMyEyes however registrants under the age of sixteen (16) are required to obtain the consent of a legal guardian and, in the event of a subscription being taken out, the consent of the registered cardholder making payment.
PRICING & PAYMENT / CANCELLATIONS
Access to premium content ('the service') is activated immediately upon successful completion of a subscription payment and by accepting these Terms & Conditions the subscriber agrees and accepts that the 7-day cooling off period provided for under UK Distance Selling Regulations is no longer applicable and he or she has given up his or her right to cancel under this provision. Subscriptions are billed automatically and without notice on a recurring basis dictated by the subscription type selected (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual) but may be cancelled by the Member at any time. Members accept that subscription fees are payable in advance and that no refund will be given for unused subscription periods. In the event that a recurring payment is declined by a card issuer then StarsInMyEyes will attempt to reapply for failed payments but the Member's access will be suspended until such time as payment(s) are reinstated. Subscriptions may be cancelled by a Member at any time but this MUST be done via the Member's Personal Control Panel (PCP) using the UNSUBSCRIBE link. Our payment gateway automatically processes recurring billings in the early hours of the morning on the date they are due, therefore in order to ensure that no further payments are taken against a subscription, the unsubscribe process MUST be submitted not later than 5.00pm (1700H) UK time on the day before the next subscription payment is due. Cancellation requests submitted by email, via our support ticket system or via a voice mail message will CANNOT be accepted and will NOT be processed. In the event that a Member submits a cancellation request via their PCP which complies with the foregoing requirements and their subscription is not cancelled before another payment is taken StarsInMyEyes undertake to make a prompt refund of any charge made that is not justified. In the event that a payment arrangement is cancelled by a Member directly via their card issuer access to premium content on the StarsInMyEyes web site will be terminated with immediate effect and no refund will be made for any unused period of the subscription. Where a subscription is set up when a special promotional rate is offered will rebill at the promotional rate until such time as the subscription is cancelled by the Member. If the Member subsequently wishes to renew his/her subscription renewal will be at rates prevailing at the time; any promotional rate the Member may previously have enjoyed cannot be reapplied.
PROMOTIONS AND PUBLICITY
From time-to-time StarsInMyEyes may run promotional campaigns whereby awards, incentives, prizes and/or similar may be offered to new Members and/or Registered Users. By participating in a promotional campaign Members and/or Registered Users agree that a link to their profile may be used for promotional/marketing purposes. Members and/or Registered Users agree that entry into Prize Draws or other promotional campaigns is conditional upon having at least one headshot uploaded to their profile.
MODIFICATIONS
StarsInMyEyes reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time-to-time and you accept that it is your responsibility to check the StarsInMyEyes.tv web site periodically in order to appraise yourself of any changes. Your continued use of the web site will be deemed to be an acceptance of the prevailing Terms and Conditions.
ENGLISH LAW
These Terms and Conditions are under English law and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts if there are any disputes between them of any kind.
