Those saucy
St. Trinians' schoolgirls are all set to make a comeback with a remake of the classic film scheduled to begin filming in March 2007. St. Trinians was originally created in the 1940s by Ronald Searle as a cartoon for his daughters; several films followed featuring well known faces such as George Cole (Arthur Daley in Minder), Johnny Briggs (Mike Baldwin in Coronation Street), and classic actors Alastair Sim and Joyce Grenfell. Evidently Rupert Everett is to star as Millicent Fritton (the headmistress) and there's been unconfirmed rumours of Kylie Minoque being involved.
As soon as we get further information on this exciting project we will update this listing.
