    In order to provide the best possible service we have implemented a 'ticket'   based support system.
    Before contacting us we suggest you check our Frequently   Asked Questions (FAQs) as you may find
    that your question has already been   asked!
    If you have an enquiry or require any form of assistance   please click here to submit a support request.
  We aim to answer all support requests within one working day. If you have   previously submitted a support request and
    have not received a response by email   it could be because it's gone into your spam folder (see instructions below).   You
    can access your support ticket to read our response by going to the support system and entering the tracking number - if you don't   have the tracking number don't worry,
    enter your email address in the box   provided and our system will email you the necessary information - but remember,   if
    our emails are going into your spam folder you won't receive the reminders   either (see instructions below!) 
  Please be careful when entering your email address - whilst our response to   your support request will be accessible via
    our support system, if you enter the   wrong email address you won't know when we've posted a reply to you!! 
  If you use a free email address (such as hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc) then we   recommend you add starsinmyeyes.tv and   starsinmyeyes-support.com
    to your list of 'friendly' senders as   we do find that our replies to users sometimes don't reach them because they end
    up in a spam folder somewhere!
