I am looking for 3 - 4 girls to form this girl group that can / are:

The group style/genre will be similar to the Pussycat Dolls and Danity Kane.
I want girls with raw talent that can really perform, experience is a bonus but is not essential.
All nationalities welcome but must be aged between 20 and 28, sized between 8 - 12 and no taller than 5' 6.
Must live in London.
PS: I am SERIOUS about making this girl group a success so am willing to put in time and effort into making this happen, please only apply if you share the same focus as me, no timewasters please.
Aiming to form the group by end of January 09 so apply asap with a photo and a bit about yourself. Once the group is formed, we will be entering for the X Factor 2009.
